About the Position

We are searching for a permanent Manager, Business Architecture to join our Strategy and Analytics team.
The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience. The salary range is $100,000 – $130,000 per year.

The Manager, Business Architecture will enable enterprise strategy, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives by partnering closely with senior leaders, business units, IT, and the PMO to define target operating models, business capabilities, and roadmaps, and to translate strategic priorities into actionable, value‑driven initiatives.

The Manager, Business Architecture will provide enterprise‑level advisory support, oversee cross‑functional initiatives, and ensure that business architecture standards and practices are consistently applied to drive measurable business outcomes.

In this role, in an enterprise advisory capacity, you will exercise a high degree of independent judgment, discretion, and influence.

The manager will be accountable for defining frameworks, standards, and recommendations that shape organizational strategy and long‑term operating models.

You will lead the development and ongoing governance of business architecture blueprints, capability models, and target operating models aligned with enterprise strategy and operational goals.

In this role, you will maintain and evolve enterprise business architecture standards, frameworks, and artifacts to ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment.

You will provide strategic guidance to complex, cross‑functional initiatives by defining OKR’s and ensuring alignment with strategic ambitions, decisions, and priorities; execution is delivered through business units, IT, or PMO resources.
