Plymouth Meeting, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Albany, NY. Plymouth Meeting, PA highly preferred. Covers the Eastern Pennsylvania portfolio.
Hybrid Requirement (if within specific cities): If the selected candidate resides near Key Bank office (non-branch location), they are expected to work on-site 2 days per week.
Hours: 8‑5pm EST
Job SummaryAs an integral member of the Commercial Bank team, this role collaborates to acquire, expand, and retain business clients. It serves as the first point of contact for customer service needs, inquiries, or problems, ensuring clients receive a full and effective client experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Collaborates with partners to expand and retain business clients who have treasury management and other enterprise payment needs.
- Owns maintenance of cash management services to fully meet the needs of existing clients, including project completion and tracking (e.g., product/service updates and upgrades; new service level introductions/enhancements; compliance projects, etc.) and necessary review of any existing services utilized.
- Prepares, delivers, and reviews agreements.
- Adheres to all Risk policies and procedures, including ECP Risk Testing initiatives.
- Initiates and conducts necessary research that may need to be done in conjunction with ongoing client needs.
- Generates cross‑sell leads for sales teams and participates in regular Client Management sales initiatives.
- Partners with the Implementation Specialist Team on more complex client implementations.
- For more complex client implementations, works with the Client Implementation Specialist to manage the request for new product set‑up, ensuring timely processing of Client Service Orders (CSO's), verifying products are properly set‑up in accordance with published service level agreements, and providing technical support and training to clients regarding product usage and functionality to ensure client satisfaction.
- Works with the Customer Account Maintenance (CAM) Group and/or handles maintenance requests within established service level agreements.
- Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of banking or cash management experience.
- Demonstrated success in a customer service environment.
- Possesses strong analytical and data‑mining skills to determine appropriate client needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience presenting to clients.
- Self‑motivated and able to participate effectively in a highly collaborative work team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle difficult situations while maintaining strong personal relationships.
- Detail oriented and able to follow through.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking and/or Cash Management.
- Certified Cash Manager (CCM) / Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities while maintaining good personal relationships.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and negotiation skills.
- Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Compensationand Benefits
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 – $ annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based on various factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
