Director, Audience Activation

Role Overview

The Director collaborates with leadership to define and execute strategic and operational plans, ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives. This role operates in a complex, multi‑account environment, overseeing delivery across teams to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.

• Lead capacity planning, staffing, and delivery management to ensure high‑quality execution
• Drive operational standards and governance to support efficient delivery
• Partner with cross‑functional leadership to align delivery with broader strategic priorities
• Translate strategic direction into actionable frameworks across teams

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in client‑facing delivery leadership
• Proven experience managing complex delivery models (e.g., digital marketing, CRM, direct marketing)
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience leading large‑scale delivery organizations
• Strong understanding of data‑driven marketing and activation
• Ability to drive operational improvements and innovation
• A balance of strategic thinking and executional excellence
