Position: Sr. Customer Success Partner (Technology)

First Advantage (Nasdaq: FA) is a leading provider of mission‑critical background screening solutions. We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Partner to manage a small portfolio of named technology accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic account plans detailing customer industry, risk history, and revenue opportunities.
  • Track revenue trends, upsell opportunities, and competitive threats to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and recommend additional First Advantage products or solutions for existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with client, operations, technology, and cross‑functional teams to deploy resources and penetrate market with FA solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews, documenting action plans and program performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer background‑screening and occupational‑health programs, pricing, and administrative procedures.
  • Provide solutions to business problems, analyze root causes, and drive resolution.
  • Manage contractual documentation (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, SOPs), contract renewals, and RFP responses.
  • Host cadence client calls and nurture account relationships.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales account management for complex solutions, managing national or global accounts with C‑level relationships.
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Looker Analytics, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
  • Experience tracking client information and reporting.
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and build internal partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including occasional overnight travel.
  • Residency in the United States required.
