About the Role The Associate Product Manager will partner closely with internal teams to translate public safety customer needs into product requirements and support implementation through collaboration with development teams. Individuals in this role will join a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment that values innovation, accountability, and precision in execution. This position can be home-based but must be able to work East Coast hours - USA only.

Responsibilities

Customer Focus

  • Develops and builds awareness of key customer needs, as relayed by others.
