Company Description
Veterans Claims Consulting (VCC) is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Claims Advisor. As a Claims Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping veterans receive the benefits they deserve.
This role is exclusively open to U.S. military veterans. All candidates must have a 100% VA disability rating, basic knowledge of the VA disability system, and strong interpersonal skills.
This position will work on a project-based schedule with no set hours. As a remote position, this role can be performed from anywhere. If you have the required qualifications and are committed to providing exceptional service to our nation’s veterans, we encourage you to apply today.
Responsibilities
- Educate veterans about their VA disability claims.
- Conduct research and gather information necessary to support a claim.
- Work with the VCC team to ensure timely and accurate guidance is provided to veterans.
- Review and analyze veterans' medical records, military service records, and other relevant documentation.
- Teach veterans and their families how to gather necessary information and provide updates on their claim status.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to VA regulations and policies that may affect veterans' claims.
- Collaborate with the VCC team to continuously improve processes and provide exceptional service to veterans and their families.
Qualifications
- 100% VA disability rating
- Basic knowledge of the VA disability system
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and online tools
- Time management capable of handling a flexible schedule
This position offers 2 different compensation structures: base pay with commission or strictly commission only. This role allows for flexible hours as it requires you to attend meetings on an as needed basis.
