In this permanent position, you'll support over two million workers and 165,000 employers by ensuring accurate reporting of assessable earnings and premium payments.
Your expertise in auditing will help classify employers for proper rate‑setting while promoting a positive work workplace. This role includes a mix of remote work with occasional travel within the province.
Key Responsibilities- Review employer records for correct earnings and premiums
- Ensure accurate classification for rate‑setting processes
- Verify status and earnings for worker claims
- Communicate findings and corrective actions to employers
- Educate employers on WCB legislation and disability management
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or accounting
- Minimum two years of auditing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Commitment to quality customer service
