Senior Analyst, Compliance
The Contract Compliance Team is responsible for managing contracts and driving compliance activities for all types of contracts, including key federal, state, and local government. This role reports directly to the Manager of Contracts & Compliance and requires an experienced Senior Analyst with strong expertise in obligations management and implementation of obligations management within Contract Lifecycle Management Systems (CLMS). The position safeguards the organization against legal, financial, and reputational risk by promoting a culture of compliance.
Responsibilities- Obligation Identification & Mapping: Researching new laws, regulations, and industry standards to update company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Tracking and Documentation: Maintain, monitor, and update compliance obligations in a centralized repository or system.
- Auditing and Monitoring: Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to verify compliance, including desk and onsite reviews.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify compliance breaches, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on compliance status, findings from audits, and risk assessments for senior management.
- Coordinate with Legal on contract requirements for obligation management.
- Develop compliance training materials and present to business partners.
- Collaborate heavily with key internal business partners (e.g., sales, finance, legal counsel, order management).
- Prepare detailed documentation of processes and procedures.
- Keep accurate records and files related to ownership of obligations and best practices for issue management.
- Contribute to ongoing development of best practices and streamlining of processes and tools for automation.
- Lead contracts & compliance projects and initiatives, working closely with the Manager and colleagues.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects as assigned, including ad‑hoc reports or specific department needs.
- Ability to design and implement automated data extraction processes from CLMS, and validate data accuracy to quality standards.
- Working knowledge of the financial/customer‑to‑cash aspects of ERP systems, especially SAP tables and data structures.
- Familiarity with CLMS and ERP technologies is beneficial.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field from an accredited college.
- Preferably 5+ years’ relevant experience in contract administration, legal, compliance, or procurement roles.
- Adept at analyzing and understanding contracts and various legal documents.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, plus exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain productive working relationships with internal and external business customers.
- Attention to detail, including follow‑up and final resolution skills.
- Analytical and problem‑solving/troubleshooting skills, technical aptitude; ability to learn technologies quickly.
- Experience in a technology or software company, preferred experience with contract management software.
- History of compliance work with Government regulations.

For eligible U.S. locations, the base compensation range for this role is $74,200 USD–$137,800 USD, adjusted based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus based on enterprise and individual performance.
