Job Description
The Product Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for technology products, operational efficiencies and AI priorities within the specialty insurance and MGU segments. The role drives innovation, establishes KPIs, provides regular updates to senior management, engages with stakeholders across technology, operations, finance and other internal and external partners, and develops training materials on new technology products. They lead a collaborative team of product development professionals overseeing design, requirements, and end‑to‑end product management following SDLC best practices.

- Product Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance product implementation, product operations, or insurance technology consulting
- Deep understanding of Managing General Underwriter (MGU) business.
- Strong background in project management, change management, and business case development.
- Master's degree
- Experience with AI-driven business solutions.
- Background in acquisition integration and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with digital modernization strategies and tools.
