Business Development Lead

Position: Business Development Lead Anywhere
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Take charge of customer account management as a Business Development Lead with Alchemy, allowing for remote work across Canada. Develop key strategies while ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will lead customer engagement primarily in Canada while collaborating globally. Your focus will be on identifying client needs, recommending tailored solutions, and managing accounts for optimal growth. Work closely with the North American sales team and contribute to strategic initiatives that align with Alchemy's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engagement with key customer accounts for growth

• Manage inventory to maximize revenue realization

• Identify and develop new accounts across Canada

• Maintain existing accounts through excellent service

• Collaborate on device grading and returns management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development roles

• Strong understanding of client relationship management

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
