Role Overview
Corporate Office - Knoxville, TN. The Associate Experience Intern plays an important role in supporting associate appreciation, guest engagement initiatives, company events, and mission‑driven programs across both the Home Office and field teams. This position helps create experiences that celebrate our associates, strengthen our culture, and bring our mission to life. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, relationship‑building, event planning, and creating memorable experiences that make people feel valued and connected.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Associate Appreciation & Engagement
- Assist with planning and executing associate appreciation initiatives and recognition programs.
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and special events.
- Help create meaningful experiences that foster connection, belonging, and company culture.
- Assist in developing creative ideas for associate recognition and appreciation.
- Events & Hospitality
- Support the planning and coordination of Home Office and field events.
- Assist with hospitality details that elevate the attendee experience.
- Help coordinate event logistics, communications, and materials.
- Participate in event execution and guest support.
- Home Office & Field
- Partner with Home Office departments and store teams to support culture‑building initiatives.
- Assist with communication and engagement efforts across the organization.
- Support special projects focused on hospitality, guest experience, and associate engagement.
- Help strengthen the connection between field teams and Home Office through meaningful experiences and events.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for hospitality, events, culture, and serving others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
