Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Level Account Manager for a full-time hybrid position based in our Jonesboro Office. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client needs, managing accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The individual will be responsible for overseeing account strategies, coordinating with internal teams for excellent service delivery, and executing processes that align with our organizational goals.

While primarily based in our Jonesboro, AR office, some work-from-home flexibility is available.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management skills, with experience in insurance and financial services a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both internal team coordination and customer interaction
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with applicable software and tools for account management and reporting
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and fostering collaborative relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or an equivalent field is preferred
  • Previous experience with hybrid work environments is an advantage
