Diligent is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Programs & Strategy to architect, launch, and continuously improve a global partner program that turns partner motions into scalable operating mechanisms, enabling partners to drive revenue, adoption, and customer impact across our ecosystem.
This is a role for someone who thrives on building structured, data-driven programs and translating strategy into operational execution, with a hands‑on approach to partner program design, governance, and performance management.
At Diligent, you’ll play a central role in shaping how partners engage, operate, and deliver value. You’ll design and run end-to-end partner program frameworks across Advisory, Resale, MSP, AWS Marketplace, and Technology Alliances — covering onboarding, enablement, certification, governance, incentives, and deal registration. You’ll define partner KPIs, build performance dashboards, and deliver executive reporting across pipeline, bookings, revenue attribution, and forecast, using insights to continuously optimise program performance and partner ROI.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations, you’ll ensure alignment across Salesforce and PRM systems, partner data models, attribution rules, and commercial processes. You’ll also support the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, pricing and incentives, MDF and commission processes, and ongoing governance, compliance, and optimisation of program performance.
This role operates on a hybrid model, with an expectation of 50% office-based work; however, remote working arrangements may also be considered. This opportunity is open to candidates based in the United States only.
Regrettably we are unable to provide visa sponsorship, so you must be eligible to work in the US.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):- Own the end-to-end partner program framework across tiers, requirements, benefits, and incentives for multiple partner types including GSIs, SIs, Resellers, MSPs, and Technology Alliances
- Design and manage partner onboarding, enablement, implementation certification, and lifecycle processes to drive partner productivity
- Establish and maintain program governance including decision rights, change management, RACI, documentation standards, and compliance
- Own deal registration policies, guardrails, SLAs, and exception handling to protect channel integrity and reduce conflict
- Own Salesforce (SFDC) evolution for partner motions, including partner data model, taxonomy, attribution rules, and data governance
- Own partner executive reporting including pipeline, bookings, revenue attribution, and forecasting, and use insights to drive performance, accountability, and optimisation
- 7–10+ years in partner programs and/or partner operations within a SaaS environment
- Experience working across multiple partner types including GSIs, SIs, Resellers, MSPs, Technology Partners, and cloud marketplaces (e.g., AWS Marketplace)
- Experience designing and evolving partner programs covering co-sell, resell, services/implementation, and technology partnerships
- Strong experience in program governance, process design, and change management in complex, matrixed environments
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and familiarity with PRM/partner portal platforms
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (program ROI, incentives, partner economics, investment decisions)
- Experience building dashboards, scorecards, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting for partner performance
- Experience using AI and automation for program operations, governance, and optimisation
