This is a temporary, paid internship for the summer term. Interns are expected to work approximately 20 hours per week, with schedules coordinated in advance with the supervising leader to accommodate academic commitments.

The Community & Strategic Operations Intern supports initiatives across Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Engagement, and Strategic Operations. This role provides hands‑on experience in project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement related to community impact and organizational strategy.
The intern will collaborate with internal team members and partners to help plan, track, and communicate initiatives that align organizational priorities with community needs while gaining meaningful professional experience in a mission‑driven environment.
Major Responsibilities- Support coordination and execution of community engagement and strategic operations initiatives
- Assist with research, data collection, and analysis related to community programs, partnerships, and impact outcomes
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools to support accurate monitoring and follow‑up
- Help prepare presentations, summaries, and briefing materials for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Support meeting logistics, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note‑taking, and action‑item tracking
- Contribute to documentation of processes, best practices, and continuous improvement efforts
- Participate in intern cohort programming and collaborative projects as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university; junior or senior standing preferred
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as public health, healthcare administration, strategic communications, business, public policy, social sciences, nonprofit management, or a comparable discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong follow‑through
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft CoPilot, as well as experience utilizing additional software such as Canva and the Adobe Suite
- Demonstrated ability to understand, utilize, and optimize artificial intelligence tools and technologies within academic and professional settings
- Professional demeanor with demonstrated reliability, integrity, and eagerness to learn
