Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales role based in Wayne, NJ, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, building relationships, delivering compelling sales pitches, meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and offering ongoing support to clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve sales strategies, conducting product training for clients, and managing sales processes efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Training clients or teams on products or processes
  • Understanding of employee benefits, HR solutions, or payroll services is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
