Global Subsidiary Coordinator
Wilmington, DE – hybrid 3x2 or remote for qualified candidates outside of commuting distance. Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.

Job DescriptionAs a Global Subsidiary Coordinator, you will manage the corporate compliance and transactional needs of multinational corporation entity portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with customer contacts including General Counsel and internal fulfillment teams to meet annual compliance deadlines.
- Oversee the completion of ad‑hoc transactions and assist with corporate secretarial and governance needs on behalf of clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GSM Service needs and manage a global client portfolio.
- Maintain communication received from customers and internal fulfillment teams via Salesforce.
- Timely review, respond to, and initiate client requests; manage client project requests internally and externally.
- Research and evaluate jurisdictional requirements necessary for corporate filings.
- Liaise between customers and internal fulfillment teams to process annual compliance and transactional filings.
- Assist with customer questions and provide on‑the‑spot status updates.
- Facilitate client and/or vendor calls to provide updates on status of open projects.
- Maintain the accuracy of all client information in Company Records and Entity Management applications.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Prior experience in compliance, global governance, Corporate Secretary, KYC/AML a plus.
- Project management experience; ability to adapt to changes in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize conflicting priorities.
- Team player with collaborative mindset; enjoy helping people and customer service.
- Ability to serve as a mentor for Associate & Junior level government client services.
- Demonstrated subject‑matter expertise / jurisdictional knowledge based on client portfolios.
