Risk Manager/Analyst, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Claims Compliance Analyst (Workers Compensation) – Madison, WI, USA. Full‑time, Hybrid. Salary range: $69,500–$104,500.
Responsibilities- Engage with business to shape strategic direction of claims management practices.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulations through training and industry networks.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
- Act as an internal escalation point for customer communication and engagement.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of claims teams and provide feedback.
- Assist in analysis and reporting of results and trends.
- Ensure audits, analyses and reports are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Provide coaching to individuals based on review outcomes.
- Monitor and implement improvement plans for performance management.
- Follow up on timely completion of action items from audits and health checks.
- Relevant work experience in claims or related field.
- Experience in Workers' Remuneration.
- Proven track record as a performer.
- Experience in file reviews and/or audit.
- Experience in coaching/training and providing feedback based on reports and data analysis.
- Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, commerce or equivalent.
