Product Manager - Wire and Cable What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, internal developments and objectives to facilitate ongoing development of Arrow’s adder and quoting strategy.
• Facilitate interaction and feedback from segment managers, product specialists and sales management.
• Monitor, measure and report supplier market price performance. Prepare negotiation material and support the negotiation process. Work with technology business managers and product specialists to establish negotiation strategy.
• Create strategic customer quotes and associated supplier strategies.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding customer and quote priority.
• Monitor, measure and report performance metrics specific to market price, segment, supplier, and selling company.

• Job complexity may vary. Candidates may demonstrate (1) entry‑level knowledge and experience in their discipline, building organizational knowledge and solving straightforward problems; or (2) extensive knowledge and experience, solving complex problems with limited guidance.
• Knowledge and experience in product and supplier management.

Typically requires a 4‑year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Hybrid:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site;
Monday, Friday work from home.
