Regional Director Operations & Revenue Development

Sonesta International Hotels seeks a strategic leader to drive revenue growth, brand equity, and operational excellence across 40‑45 properties in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. This role blends consulting, sales, and stakeholder management to deliver superior guest experiences and financial performance.

• Conduct on‑property business performance visits with owners/operators to deliver 360 consultative reviews and improvement recommendations.
• Analyze revenue data and develop Business Performance 360 consultative reviews to elevate RevPAR and net unit growth.
• Lead periodic training and in‑region townhalls on brand programs, standards, and curriculum at brand conferences.
• Monitor and follow up on action items such as PIPs, RFPs, and other time‑sensitive obligations.
• Assist hotel sales and marketing efforts by conducting market assessments and partnering with owners to develop qualified sales leads.
• Advocate the voice of franchisees while maintaining Sonesta brand objectives and continuously improve brand tools and resources.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 10+ years in multi‑unit hotel operations and revenue generation leadership.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English preferred.
• Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and oral skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (Syn Xis, Travel click, 360).
• Highly organized, self‑starter, and able to multi‑task across disciplines and time zones.
• Flexibility to travel up to 90% of the time; based in Texas required.

Pay Range: $95,000 – $120,000 base pay. Compensation varies with experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance;
