Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to join us remotely
. You will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, managing everything from booking processes and vendor coordination to internal team support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all bookings, payments, and client interactions are handled with maximum efficiency.
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with partners to ensure services meet agreed-upon terms and timelines.
  • Booking Management: Manage confirmations, cancellations, and queries while keeping client data accurate and up-to-date.
  • Quality Control: Audit itineraries, transport, and accommodations to ensure they meet our high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: Resolve inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Inventory & Documentation: Maintain precise records of bookings, contracts, and transactions in an accessible format.
  • Cross-Team

    Collaboration:

    Align with Marketing and Sales teams to support product launches and special promotions.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Prepare operational reports and continuously suggest ways to improve workflows and reduce costs.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: 1–2 years in operations (experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred).
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Bokun
    , CRM systems, or other booking platforms is a major plus.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
