Director of Global GSI Alliance
As the Director of Global GSI Alliance (Individual Contributor role), you will be the primary architect of our strategic partnerships with influential System Integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and DXC. You will drive the global go-to-market strategy, steering partners to build “Powered By” service offerings that leverage our training and exercise platform.
Reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships and Alliances, you will work with internal stakeholders including Sales Team, Solution Engineers, CSMs, Sales Ops, Legal, and Finance.
Required skills include clear communication, high organizational skills, teamwork, and experience building from scratch.

Slack, Hub Spot, Crossbeam, Jira.
- Build and launch global service offerings based on cyber resilience, including developing bill of materials.
- Move partners from selling point products to integrating our platform into their proprietary transformation frameworks.
- Maintain high‑level relationships with GSI global cybersecurity leads and CTOs to align our roadmap with their strategies.
- Act as internal “Voice of the GSI,” influencing product and engineering teams to build platform features for GSI consumption.
- Drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue through joint account planning and co‑selling in enterprise and public sector segments.
- Provide accurate quarterly forecasts for the global GSI business and manage complex multi‑year sell‑to and sell‑through contracts.
- 7–10+ years in partnerships with Tier 1 GSIs.
- Track record of services launched, partner‑sourced ARR, and attach rate.
- Cybersecurity fluency desirable, though not required.
- Experience building and launching global service offerings.
- Leadership that promotes teamwork, personal accountability, and mutual support to partners.
- Willingness to travel.
- Compensation: $217,000–$260,000 OTE, 70/30 split.
