Product Manager – BaaS Initiative | Fully Remote

We’re looking for a high-impact Product Manager to join a 0→1 product initiative in the rapidly evolving Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) ecosystem. This is a hands-on delivery role in a fast-paced, stakeholder-facing environment where you’ll be at the heart of shaping and launching a market-defining product from the ground up.

This will be a long term rolling contract position

Rate: c.$85p/hr

• Own the product vision, strategy, and delivery from concept to launch (0→1)
• Partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build innovative BaaS solutions
• Engage directly with senior stakeholders, customers, and partners to define requirements and priorities
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear product roadmaps
• Drive execution in a fast-moving environment while balancing long-term vision with short-term deliverables

• Proven track record as a Product Manager in BaaS, fintech, or embedded finance
• Experience successfully delivering 0→1 products
• Deep understanding of the BaaS ecosystem, industry players, and regulatory environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Comfort working in ambiguity and driving clarity in high-growth, high-speed settings
