Senior Business Analyst

Position: Senior Business Analyst Hybrid Role
Join a team as a Senior Business Analyst based in Guelph, creatively bridging business challenges and IT solutions in a hybrid work environment. Your 3 days onsite and 2 days remote will focus on assessing client needs and documenting requirements.
In this role, you will lead business analysis, applying UML to create various models and diagrams essential for IT development. Your work will ensure business processes are streamlined while complying with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. Knowledge in soil management systems will further enhance your contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assessments of client business problems and opportunities

• Document business requirements and create UML use cases

• Perform data and process flow modeling activities

• Ensure compliance with AODA for all projects

• Define business rules and non-functional requirements
Requirements:

• Significant experience in business analysis roles

• Solid understanding of UML and data modeling

• Awareness of AODA regulations and standards

• Experience in soil management systems is desirable

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
