Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. Support and TrainingWe’ll give you the support you need. Our team will be there every step of the way, providing:
- Comprehensive six‑month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
- A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region and home office
- You’ll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year

- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Account Management: Possess an aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry. Include account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Strong ability to work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing the branch business plan.
- Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.
