At Built Technologies, we’re transforming how lenders manage construction and real estate finance. As an Enterprise Account Executive within our Lender team, you’ll help executives at top banks, credit unions, and private lenders modernize their portfolios through Built’s AI‑driven workflow automation, compliance, and risk‑management solutions.

This is a highly consultative, analytical sales role designed for professionals who have sold complex solutions or advised financial institutions, and who want to operate at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy.

In This Role, You will
  • Own and execute the full sales cycle for Enterprise prospects — from discovery and business case development to contract close.
  • Lead strategic conversations with C‑level executives and senior decision‑makers across lending, operations, and technology.
  • Conduct rigorous discovery to understand each institution’s portfolio composition, draw‑administration process, and operational pain points.
  • Quantify Built’s impact through ROI modeling and workflow analysis.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to align messaging, demo strategy, and post‑sale delivery.
  • Diligently build and manage pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene.
  • Represent Built at industry conferences and client events, strengthening relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience running full‑cycle, consultative enterprise sales or management consulting experience within banking, finance, or capital markets.
  • Strong understanding of lending, real‑estate finance, or construction lending.
  • Demonstrated knowledge/experience regarding back‑office operations.
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex buying processes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, able to simplify complexity for executive audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with ROI modeling and analysis.
  • Comfortable working in a high‑growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed up to 25% of the year.

Built’s salary range for this position is a base of $120,000 – $140,000 USD per year, plus commission. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role and encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role. Your total rewards package at Built will include equity, top‑notch medical, dental and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits.

Travel Requirement:
Non‑local candidates must be able to travel at minimum twice per year to Nashville, TN or another designated location. Additional travel may be required based on business needs and role responsibilities.
