Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company, dedicated to bringing biosimilar medicines to market, ensuring high-quality biologics are available to more patients at cost effective prices. Since their launch in 2012 they have developed the industry’s most rapidly advancing biosimilar medicines portfolio and become leaders in this field.
As a result of their continued success, a position is now available at their European HQ in the Netherlands (specifically Delft). Working 4 days from the office and 1 day remotely from home, the job holder will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the Controlled Distribution System (CDS) process across the EU, from the point of receipt of the doctor‑issued certificate, through to medication delivery, plus associated analytics and reporting activities.
Key tasks will include:
- Patient equivalent evaluation and sales analytics reporting
- Customer continuity analysis by order pattern monitoring in relation to patient equivalent evaluation per account
- Support weekly reporting for the company’s EU and HQ operations respecting GDPR.
- Monthly reporting on EU supply chain solutions partner service level assessment
- Customer order tracking, ensuring timely processing and delivery by supply chain solutions partner
- Daily order/volume reporting to EU commercial and financial management
- Supply chain management and proposing demand forecast projections
- Contribute to process improvement in cooperation with internal stakeholders and supply chain solutions partner.
- Work closely with tender manager to keep all tender information up to date.
- Understanding and experience of supply chain product flow, sales orders, replace/refund processes etc.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Strong decision making, analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Outstanding communication/listening skills with a high work ethic and team player mentality
- Fluency with Microsoft Excel is vital
- Familiarity with GDPR regulations would be beneficial
- Based in the Netherlands, with eligibility to work full-time in this country
- Must live within easy commuting distance of Delft, as the job holder will be office based for 4 days, and work from home on the remaining 1 day
- Fluency in English language is essential, additional EU language capability would be an asset.
