  Contribute to the development of niche insurance solutions that protect what matters most

• Facilitate discovery sessions and working groups with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
• Document and maintain current and future-state process flows, identifying opportunities for simplification and improvement
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear functional documentation, including business requirements and process flows
• Partner with product and technology teams to clarify requirements and validate that changes meet business intent
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining scenarios and coordinating business testers

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting technological initiatives, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Hands-on insurance experience in policy administration and insurance operations
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance processes, including underwriting and policy servicing
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills, including process mapping and requirements traceability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams

• CPCU or other insurance designation; CBAP and/or PMP certification
• Experience with configurable insurance or enterprise platforms supporting business configuration needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated success in driving functional outcomes through stakeholder alignment and operational readiness
