Reporting to the VP – Operations & Supply Chain, this remote or hybrid role focuses on developing pricing strategies to boost profitability and customer value. You will leverage advanced analytical skills and commercial acumen, while collaborating across departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Finance to shape pricing actions that align with market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customer segmentation and pricing strategies

• Implement pricing aligned with financial objectives

• Identify margin leakage and implement cost recovery

• Establish pricing governance and approval processes

• Analyze revenue trends and pricing performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• 5+ years in pricing or commercial strategy

• Experience in B2B industrial distribution

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency and BI tools experience
