Position: Sourcing Intern - Flexible Hybrid Role

Join our team as a Sourcing Intern at the Completion Center, engaging in procurement activities with flexible hybrid working arrangements. Enhance your skills in negotiation, data analysis, and contract management.

This 4-month internship is open to students enrolled in business administration or supply chain management. You will assist a Senior Agent while developing strong analytical abilities, customer orientation, and communication skills. Knowledge of SharePoint and SAP enhances your profile for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all procurement activities with a Senior Agent

• Prepare governance materials for executives

• Work on negotiation strategies and documentation

• Summarize data analysis and present outcomes

• Demonstrate flexibility to manage multiple tasks

Requirements:

• Enrollment in relevant business or supply chain programs

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, PowerPoint and Excel

• Strong communication and planning abilities

• Good contractual knowledge and customer orientation

• Resourceful and proactive with minimal supervision
