Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase referral business.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners; negotiate contracts.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth; collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless referral processes.
- Partner with management to grow assigned territory and create new activation dollars.
- Identify the needs and preferences of accounts and document them in CRM.
- Manage incoming phone calls by responding to requests and assisting with inquiries.
- Build and grow a sales-oriented culture with management.
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions or escalating unresolved issues.
- Compile and analyze statistics pertinent to the company’s business development program; make recommendations or suggestions as appropriate.
- Work with marketing, sales, and technology groups to implement business development strategy into specific initiatives.
- Discuss customer needs, problems, or complaints, and arrange meetings between customers or prospective customers and representatives of various company functional areas.
- Record details of calls and messages utilizing CRM.
- Provide financial analyses, long‑range forecasting, and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships.
- Monitor competitor activity in accounts and implement strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.
- Identify and develop key account alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities.
- Provide assistance and guidance to junior team members.
- Maintain access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials.
- Refer client complaints to appropriate persons.
- Maintain protocol information supplied from reference materials, memos, and training sessions.
- Maintain project productivity and quality goals.
- Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
- Occasional business travel may be required.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Five (5) plus years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
- Self‑motivation and ability to work independently and with teams.
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks at the same time.
- Salary: $80,400.00 – $.
- Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
- Commission eligible.
