The roleWe are looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to join us in Riyadh.
Key responsibilities- Identify and secure key partnerships in the region across travel (70%) and dining, entertainment, and retail (30%).
- Negotiate favourable rates, offers, and events to maximize value for members.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with partners to ensure sustainable growth and repeat successes.
- Monitor partner performance to ensure consistently high‑quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to keep Ten’s partnerships innovative and competitive.
- Analyse redemption data and member demand to refine partnership strategies.
- Propose and implement new strategies to impact member satisfaction, corporate revenue, and operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to maximize partnership visibility and member engagement.
- Support client services and business development managers with client‑related matters and new business proposals.
- Share best practices and process improvements across teams and regions.
- Track and report on Objectives and Key Results related to partnership success.
- Use data analytics to drive improvements in partnership offerings and member experiences.
- Continuously refine approaches based on member feedback and performance metrics.
- Experience in the travel industry.
- Prior experience sourcing and securing partnerships in KSA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Understanding of OTA distribution, wholesaler net rates, concierge and luxury operating models.
- Analytical skills with confident use of Excel and data reporting.
- Experience preparing client‑facing presentations.
- Ability to lead new business initiatives and align them with travel proposition goals.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.

Riyadh - Saudi Arabia (100% on site).
