We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead / Principal Product Manager to lead ACRA’s product team.
What you will be doing- Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the agency’s overall goals. Lead the product team to achieve this vision.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities. Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market demand.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product development process.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) or OKRs to measure product success and inform decision-making. Use data-driven insights to make informed adjustments to the product strategy.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are integrated into product planning and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product evolution.
- Lead in development of digital roadmap and introduction of appropriate digital solutions to partner with cross‑functional business teams, WOG and industry partners to achieve greater business outcomes.
- Lead in organisation-wide Digital, Design and Data capabilities development, digital innovation and continuous improvement to build a high‑performing team.
- Support the annual submission of the Digital Government Blueprint (DGB) KPIs to Smart Nation Office, and support MOF in the preparation of Ministry Family Digitalisation Plan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing successful products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
