Position: PT Client Account Administrator (CAA)

As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will work closely with financial advisors to support clients in achieving their long‑term financial goals. Your responsibilities include supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service so clients feel understood and informed.
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to help develop strategies for the upcoming year.

Role Requirements
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service through inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams.
  • Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account openings, transfers, and other requests; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under advisor direction; schedule appointments, prepare client meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives; streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute branch business plan.
  • Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies and software such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided tools.
