Are you a proven B2B facility maintenance sales pro looking for a role to grow new business for an established Nashville brand?
Must Have:
- Current network of contacts in facility property management across South Nashville markets (Brentwood, Spring Hill, Lebanon) and strong ties to BOMA, NAIOP and CREW Nashville.
- 5-7 years new-business track record business development/sales in commercial facility maintenance services, landscape, janitorial or related.
- Proficient with CRM (Hub Spot preferred) and software stack including Google Workspace, Slack, and BOSS for pipeline tracking and internal collaboration.
- Outgoing, growth-minded team player who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
You’ll receive:
$75K–$90K base + commission (total compensation up to $130K+)

As Business Development Executive for commercial facility landscape maintenance contracts you will:
Build strategic relationships with Class A property managers
, developers, HOAs, and BOMA members through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
Close long-term maintenance contracts and maintain a strong pipeline.
Serve as market ambassador by actively participating in industry organizations
, networking events and trade shows.
