Position: B2B Sales Apprentice (Business Development & Account Management)

We are looking for our next B2B Sales Apprentice to help the team grow and perform. This role offers a polyvalent sales opportunity in Account Management, Business, and Sales Development.

Mission
  • Onboard and manage Pro customer accounts through both inbound and outbound channels (email, phone calls), primarily serving SMEs and mid‑sized companies.
  • Support clients in executing their supply acquisition strategy across smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Responsibilities include straightforward purchases, sourcing assistance with the Pro Supply team, price negotiation, and value‑added service offerings such as payment terms, enrollment, trade‑in programs, and extended warranties.
  • Drive the transition from a transactional to a relationship‑driven approach, building long‑term account management practices as the commercial model evolves.
Qualifications
  • Looking for a 12‑month apprenticeship that offers real responsibility and strategic impact.
  • French and English fluency (C1 minimum, fully fluent for phone calls or on‑site visits). Additional languages are a bonus.
  • Business‑savvy with analytical skills and previous commercial experience, especially in e‑commerce.
  • Excel mastery – pivot tables, data manipulation, and storytelling through numbers.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus; training will be provided.
  • Highly organized with exceptional communication skills and a "get things done" mentality.
  • Natural collaborator who thrives in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
About the Apprenticeship
  • Start date:

    September 2026.
  • Duration: 12 months (until August/September 2027).
  • Location:

    Paris, France.
  • Contract:

    Must be enrolled in a work‑study program in a French school (contrat d’alternance/ d’apprentissage).
Recruitment Process
  • Video‑call HR interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min).
  • Skills Fit Interview with your future manager (45 min).
  • Cultural Fit Interview with another member of the team (30 min).
