Job Title
The Sodiaal Group's Purchasing Department is composed of five divisions: the Packaging Purchasing Division, the Ingredients Purchasing Division, the Indirect Purchasing Division, the Logistics Purchasing Division, and the Energy Purchasing Division. An analysis team provides an overview of the performance of these divisions in relation to the defined objectives.
The Ingredients Purchasing Division manages all ingredient purchases for the group, representing an annual volume of more than 200M. The team manager is also responsible for implementing the Responsible Purchasing approach for the entire Purchasing Department.
The Indirect Purchasing Division includes capital investments in our factories (CAPEX), maintenance purchases, QHSE (Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment) purchases, and tertiary purchases (IT, Marketing, Interim, Vehicle Fleet, etc.) with a business volume of more than 570M.
In this context, we are looking for an intern to support the team on two complementary aspects:
Ingredients Purchases & Indirect Purchases - Responsible Purchasing Program.
- Intern in the Purchasing Department
- Integrated into the Ingredients Purchasing Team
- Intervene on purchasing files in support of Ingredients and Indirect Purchasers (sourcing, supplier and material referencing, market analysis, reporting, administrative management assistance, etc.)
- Support for the deployment of Responsible Purchasing:
- Carbon footprint assessment of the incorporable purchases division
- Participation in the implementation of the action plan: integration of ESG criteria in purchasing processes, consolidation of supplier data, dashboards and reporting, internal animation: creation of supports, sensitization of purchasers, etc.
Education:
Student in Bac+4/5 (business school, engineering school, university) with a specialization in:
- Purchasing
- Supply Chain
- Food Industry / Ingredient Science
- CSR / Sustainable Development
- Management / Strategy
Skills Required:
- Proficiency with numbers and data analysis (Excel is essential).
- Ability to structure, synthesize, and present information.
- Strong interest in purchasing, ingredients, and/or CSR.
- Rigorous and organized.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- English.
