We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Operations Manager to architect and scale our go-to-market engine. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of GTM strategy, complex enterprise sales support, and operational execution – and you are excited to turn ambiguous growth challenges into durable systems.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how growth strategy translates into execution by owning the systems, playbooks, and KPIs that turn complex deal making into a repeatable, low-risk motion. Day-to-day you’ll build the operating backbone (templates, checklists, SLA workflows), manage the CRM and partner closely with Legal, Finance, Product and Customer Success to design and operationalize how we bring solutions to market, translating GTM strategy into practical solutions.
You will report directly to the Head of Digital Health and have meaningful influence on how Evio scales.
Key responsibilities:- Conduct a comprehensive audit of current growth operations (e.g. prospect research, pitch decks, deal stages, handoffs, NDA/pricing flows, etc.).
- Deliver a prioritized roadmap that separates quick wins from longer-term investments.
- Triage and remove the highest-impact operational pain points.
- Evaluate how growth strategy is translated into execution and identify gaps between intent, process, and outcomes.
- Design and operationalize playbooks to enable prospect research, discovery, strategic pricing, and other key sales motions.
- Establish operating procedures to standardize pre-meeting preparation, proposals, pricing guardrails, and NDA workflows.
- Create reusable enablement assets (starter pitch decks, SOW templates, proposal checklists) to accelerate deal cycles.
- In partnership with Head of Growth, assess tooling needs for optimizing the growth motion.
- Own the implementation plan and delivery for any tools that are selected.
