- Develop and lead the sales training program, establishing KPIs and creating training programs that yield a quantifiable ROI
- Design and manage a comprehensive learning ecosystem including various training formats such as workshops, eLearning, and coaching
- Oversee the implementation and adoption of sales methodologies, ensuring adherence and certification among team members
- Execute onboarding programs for new team members, ensuring readiness in product knowledge and sales execution
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess training effectiveness and identify skill gaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform improvements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or organizational development
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or learning and development within a high-performance sales organization
- Proven success in designing, delivering, and measuring enablement programs with quantifiable business impact
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with executive presence
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Accord, and other modern enablement technologies
- An advanced degree and/or training certification
- Experience executing change management initiatives
- Experience managing third-party vendor relationships
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and dynamics
- Ability to provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
