Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee client engagements from onboarding to performance reviews

• Develop relationships with executive-level clients

• Spot opportunities for growth, leading pitches and proposals

• Provide insight-driven guidance to project teams

• Measure the success of initiatives against client goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years managing program engagements

• Proven track record in selling large engagements to enterprises

• Experience in digital product development and e-commerce

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or MBA
