As a Senior Business Analyst, you will utilize your extensive experience to bridge the gap between business and IT. In this role, you will capture, validate, and manage business requirements ensuring processes align with organizational strategies. A strong background in retail banking, especially in deposit products, is crucial to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and validate requirements for new systems and processes

• Facilitate requirements gathering with key stakeholders

• Ensure documentation accuracy for project lifecycle

• Track and resolve business system issues with stakeholders

• Lead training and knowledge-transfer sessions for teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis

• Expertise in deposit and savings product life cycles
