. The client is looking for a procurement specialist to be the sourcing point person for all RFP and supplier negotiations. This role partners with suppliers and internal teams to lead and execute strategic equipment sourcing needs.

• Serve as the primary sourcing point for RFPs and supplier negotiations.
• Plan and execute negotiations and terms for equipment and supply agreements.
• Manage the service and equipment supply to ensure timely project deadlines.
• Identify and drive resolution of active supply issues that could impact the business.
• Collaborate with Lab Heads, QA, and R&D to ensure internal needs are met.

• Industry experience of 5–8 years. Not required to be Life Science-specific.
• Familiarity with Lab Equipment, Bidding, Negotiation, Maintenance, and Warranty contract terms.
• Ability to plan and execute negotiations and terms for equipment and supply agreements.
