Executive Assistant – New York, Client Solutions Group

Join our team as an Executive Assistant in our New York office supporting senior leaders in our Client Solutions Group. In this role you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will provide proactive, high level support to a senior leader by ensuring they are consistently well prepared, informed, and equipped to operate effectively in a fast moving environment. You will be responsible primarily for complex calendar management, expense and invoice processing via Coupa, and heavy travel coordination (both domestic and international) for a director within Asset Management.

You will also have the opportunity to work on various ad‑hoc projects.

Salary range for this position: $85,000 – $115,000 per year. The actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What you offer
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative lead supporting executives or senior managers
  • Demonstrated ability to think proactively, manage competing deadlines, and solve problems independently
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer focused approach
  • Experience with Concur, Coupa, Salesforce, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
