Operations Support Specialist – Strategic Support

Applicants must be residents of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, California, or Virginia. Washington residents within commuting distance of Tukwila are required to work onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All other applicants may work remotely from approved locations. Pay RangeThe Target Pay Range for this position is $35.05–$42.84 hourly. The full Pay Range is $27.26–$50.63 hourly. Compensation decisions consider relevant skills, experience, education, and performance incentives.

As an Operations Support Specialist, you’ll manage complex calendars for senior leaders, coordinate priorities, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. You’ll also expand into business coordination, logistics, and operational orchestration to grow your skill set while gaining visibility into the business.
What You’ll Do- Executive & Calendar Management: Manage high‑volume calendars, resolve conflicts, and optimize time usage.
- Business Coordination & Execution: Support key initiatives by coordinating deliverables, tracking actions, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build relationships across teams and external partners, communicate proactively, and resolve issues.
- Meeting & Event Orchestration: Plan and execute meetings and events, handling logistics and materials.
- Information & Reporting Support: Capture, summarize, and distribute meeting notes; prepare materials and insights for decision‑making.
- Operational Tools & Process Support: Maintain SharePoint sites, org charts, phone lists, and floor plans.
- Vendor & Technology Monitoring: Track vendor‑supported tool performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Business Continuity Coordination: Serve as liaison for continuity efforts, ensuring readiness and alignment.
- Administrative & Financial Support: Manage office supplies, track expenses, and reconcile costs.
- Growth & Expanded Responsibilities: Take on additional responsibilities in logistics, coordination, and broader operations.
- Career Growth Beyond Administration: Expand into business operations, coordination, and strategic support.
- High Visibility Exposure: Work closely with senior leaders and understand decision‑making and strategy.
- Skill Expansion Opportunities: Gain expertise in SharePoint, logistics coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years of business operations support in a medium to large organization.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
