As the Retail Sales & Partner Development Support Specialist you have the role of supporting VP of Retail Sales and Advisory Recruiting teams with various projects and tasks related to advisor and Financial Center recruiting.
Location InformationOn-Site at our Carpinteria, CA Headquarters
Salary RangeStarting salary is between $62,000 and $68,000 annually, with the possibility of future incentive compensation based on growth in sales. It is ultimately determined by the scope of the position the candidate's relevant experience, credentials/certifications and internal equity. MajorDuties & Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Production
- Assist with training & mentoring new employees on the Recruiting team
- Proficient with Linked In marketing needs and prospecting campaigns
- Coordinate prospective Financial Centers/Financial Advisors information form for each call/meeting w/ Partner Dev Rep (PDR)
- Manage all prospective seminars/webinars
- Manage the RIMS system for Recruiting
- Coordinate w/ Partner Development Reps on recruit materials
- Be familiar with commission payout system
- Coordinate/host Home Office Visits for recruit’s w/ PDR’s
- Know all relevant company sales literature and provide feedback
- Know the Plan Member sales story and be able to communicate this to recruits
- Assist in implementation of master recruiting plan for 40+ FC’s Nationwide
- Help coordinate/manage the relationship - meetings between Marketing, Transitions and Recruiting
- Strategic Scheduling & Prioritization
- Process & Program Development
- Analyze prospecting trends using Salesforce & Redtail
- Onboarding & Transitioning all new Advisors
- Managing Pipelines and sales calendars/tasks
- Creates and maintains CRM Sales reports
- Create sales ideas and content
- Analyzes advisors Broker Check to determine Compliance viability
- Attend & maintain agenda for Advisory council meetings
- Review, present & Process contracts & legal documents for Financial Centers

Education, Licenses, Work Experience, Etc.
- Be proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Having a working knowledge of database management (Salesforce), or FINTRX is desired
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Two years of experience with a Financial Services Firm
