Plan Manager-TPA

Overview

The Plan Manager manages all aspects of TPA-sponsored plans, maintains and enhances relationships with existing clients, and helps contribute to increased profitability.

This position allows remote work from home but requires travel to our Voya office as business requires, and candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius from the assigned office.

• Serve as primary customer contact for specific sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct contact with sponsors, other customers and internal functional units (money in, money out, technical services).
• Participate in relationship management with plan sponsors and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, record keeping and operations staff to ensure plan alignment.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement efforts.
• Directly resolve complex service and communication issues with customers.
• Identify and assist with plan retention opportunities, sponsors, distribution and TPAs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads.
• Excellent written communication and comprehension skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal direction.
• Experience handling client communications in a professional, service-oriented environment.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and ability to navigate multiple systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a high-volume, email-driven or operations-focused role.
• Background in retirement services, TPAs, or plan administration.
• Experience requiring independent prioritization and workflow management.

Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to fair and equitable pay. The annual base salary range for this position is $56,220 – $70,280 USD. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives.
