Position: D365 Business Central Manager Role
Elevate client operations as a D365 Business Central Consulting Manager at Rand Group. Focus on leading implementations, designing solutions, and mentoring consultants in a remote work model.

As a manager in our D365 practice, you will navigate complexities in business processes to deliver high-impact outcomes. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coaching team members, and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Your role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct D365 Business Central implementation projects completely

• Oversee core processes including finance and warehousing

• Convert client needs into innovative Business Central solutions

• Manage client engagement scope, budget, and resources

• Enhance relationships and identify additional service opportunities

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP solutions

• Extensive experience leading functional ERP projects

• Solid understanding of operational workflows and processes

• Ability to mentor and support team development

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines
