THE ROLE AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
The Associate, Economic Justice (the Associate) reports to the Senior Director of Economic Justice (SDEJ or Senior Director) and holds a vital role within the Grants and Partnerships (G&P) Team. The Economic Justice portfolio centers its work on economic security, access to capital, and monopoly power. The Associate offers strategic partnership and support to the Senior Director and the Economic Justice Solutions Team.
This includes supporting deploying the foundation’s assets to construct a portfolio designed to advance economic justice. The Associate also supports the management of the portfolio’s assets, data, and key performance indicators and works with the Senior Director to implement the foundation’s active ownership strategies.
