This role requires 3-5 years of related experience and a relevant college or university degree. You’ll be responsible for administrative support, improving sales documents, and conducting crucial research. Strong planning skills and a customer-centric approach will enhance your effectiveness in this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and suggest improvements on proposal documents
• Organize and update filing systems for proposal-related materials
• Assemble documents for tenders and proposals comprehensively
• Manage certain RFI and RFQ responses with guidance
• Maintain proposal team’s online platforms using Share Point
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 3–5 years’ experience in proposal coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient writing in both French and English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and proposal tools an asset
