Remote Position:
This opportunity is available for candidates residing in PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, and VA.

Earn up to $28/hr depending on experience.

Position details:

The Quality Improvement Analyst supports Merakey's mission to deliver high-quality, person-centered care by analyzing performance data, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting initiatives that enhance outcomes, efficiency and compliance. This role collaborates across Merakey Enterprise to implement data informed strategies and drive continuous improvement alignment.

The Quality Improvement Analyst will:

* Serve as primary liaison with payers and state/county agencies to address audits, investigations, and quality improvement opportunities.

* Analyze data from audits, inspections, and corrective action plans to identify trends and recommend targeted quality improvement initiatives.

* Lead and manage quality projects from the QCO workplan, including task delegation and team coordination.

* Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and outcomes to stakeholders.

* Support regulatory and accreditation reporting, including HEDIS and Value-Based Payment (VBP) requirements.

* Collaborate cross-functionally to identify root causes and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.

* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality initiatives and support implementation of corrective action plans.

* Facilitate meetings, provide training, and maintain reporting systems and databases to support ongoing quality improvement efforts.

* Bachelor's degree in human services and/or equivalent experience and/or training.

* 1-3 years of experience in quality improvement.

* Experience in data collection, analyzing and interpretation is required.

* Knowledge of regulations, internal policies, and the various services provided by Merakey.

* Able to work within tight time frames to provide appropriate responses and feedback to program or payers

* Capabilities to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments.
