In Corporate Affairs, you’ll serve as the Sr Consultant for the Corporate Affairs Intelligence team, gathering, analyzing, and sharing insights that inform decisions, uncover risks, and strengthen Target’s reputation.

• Maintain and enhance the CA information hub, ensuring data is accurate, current, and accessible.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring across media, social, stakeholders, and other intelligence sources to identify emerging issues, shifts in sentiment, and relevant trends.
• Support deeper analysis through landscape assessments, issue analysis, and intelligence reports, translating data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Provide function‑specific intelligence for reputation, risk, media, and stakeholder environments.
• Partner across Corporate Affairs and the broader enterprise to gather inputs, connect information from multiple sources, and contribute to enterprise insights and reporting routines.
• Communicate complex information in a clear, actionable format to stakeholders and leaders.

• 3–5+ years of experience leading process improvement and systems initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business results.
• Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Experience conducting research, analyzing complex challenges, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Success in highly matrixed organizations, partnering across teams to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Skill at navigating ambiguity by creating structure, defining requirements, and developing solutions amid changing priorities.
• Creative problem‑solving skills with a balance of strategic thinking and execution.

The role is exempt. The position will operate in a Hybrid/Flex Work arrangement, requiring both onsite presence at Target HQ in MN and remote work as needed.
